EMS Catalog Corrections

J & B Medical Supply recently released volume 2 of its Emergency Medical Equipment and Supplies catalog.  We searched out errors and omissions from volume one and corrected the ones we found.  However, some still escaped us.  Listed below are the corrections that we have since found or were brought to our attention:
