Growing company in Wixom, Michigan is looking to add a Technical Client Services Representative to our growing team of professionals. This position will be the primary point of contact between our company and our customers. Requirements include a combination of technical and computer skills along with strong communication and a commitment to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.
- Technical skills in Windows OS and IOS, Android and other Smart device operating systems
- Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot technical issues
- Team Player – ability to interact with team and all levels within an organization. Operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Customer Service focused
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
In addition to providing customer service, the ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting the team with projects and deliverables.
