Customer Service Representatives
Expanding Medical Supply Company located in Wixom, is looking to hire full-time Customer Service Representatives.
We are looking for candidates that possess the following:
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
- Medical, DME, insurance verification background helpful, but not required.
- Customer Service experience (2 + years, preferred).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-confidence.
- Professional phone presence.
- Exceptional ability to listen.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- High School graduate (diploma) or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
