Jacki Bradley
Registered Nurse & Certified Case Manager
Jacki Bradley is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Case Manager with 25 years of experience in long-term care, acute care, home health care, and telephonic case management. A graduate of Madonna University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Jacki embraces the core values of empathy, listening, open communication, critical thinking, and education.
Terry Decoster
Registered Nurse & Nurse Manager
Terry Decoster is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager at J&B Medical and a Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a Henry Ford School of Nursing graduate and has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Oakland University. Terry has vast experience in various nursing practices such as: organ transplantation, planning and development in 24-hour triage nurse call centers, long-term care management, home care, and hospice nursing.
Karen Den Braven
Registered Nurse
Karen Den Braven is an experienced nurse who graduated from Wayne County Community College District (WCCCD) in 2008 and studied for a semester at Kings College London. She began her career as an RN in the Progressive Care Unit at Botsford Hospital and later became a Nurse Manager in the OBGYN/Maternal Fetal Medicine Department at Beaumont Health, where she worked from 2010 to 2021. Karen also has experience in RN triage call centers. She is pursuing certification in holistic medicine and is passionate about creating natural medicines.
Theresa Graff
Registered Nurse & Certified Diabetes Educator
Theresa Graff is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has experience in clinical settings, home care and hospice. Theresa is a supporter of the American Diabetes Association and participates in the Tour de Cure Detroit Ride every year. Her professional goal is to advocate for the latest technology and medical treatment for all people with diabetes.
Mandy Green
Registered Nurse
Mandy Green is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with a strong background in clinical care and patient advocacy. She brings a patient-centered approach to every aspect of care, drawing on her extensive experience in medical-surgical and rehabilitation nursing. Committed to improving patient outcomes through excellence, collaboration, and evidence-based practice, Mandy continually builds on her academic foundation—an Associate Degree in Nursing from Delta College—through hands-on experience and lifelong learning.
Jacqueline Huneycutt
Registered Nurse
Jacqueline Huneycutt is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a diverse background in a variety of healthcare settings. A graduate of Kirtland Community College, she has extensive experience in Med/Surg, Substance Abuse, and as a Clinical Coordinator for a long-term care facility. Jacqueline has also served as a Coordinator RN for the Neuroscience Unit, where her leadership and expertise were key to advancing patient care.
Deeply committed to mental health and quality improvement, Jacqueline brings a unique blend of empathy and professionalism to her role. Her approach is characterized by genuine compassion for patients and an unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive environment for her colleagues. She excels at encouraging and supporting her colleagues to reach their full potential, thereby enhancing the overall success of the team.

Deb Kellaway
Registered Nurse
Deb Kellaway is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is a graduate of the Hurley School of Nursing and holds a bachelor’s degree in administration and management. Throughout her career, Deb has gained extensive experience in acute care, home health, telehealth, call center operations and intake coordination. She is passionate about ensuring that every individual receives the care they need and believes that healthcare offers a powerful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Dawn Klasen
Registered Nurse
Dawn Klasen graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 26 years. Dawn has held various nursing roles throughout her career. Her most recent include caring for ventilator dependent quadriplegic patients in their home, Public Health Nursing and Hospice Case Management. Dawn’s passion is to educate patients and their families and help to empower them to advocate for themselves within the healthcare setting.
Linda Millyard

Linda Millyard is a Registered Nurse with over 8 years of nursing experience. She has her RN degree, graduated from Schoolcraft College School of Nursing, and a Bachelor in Nursing from South University. Linda has worked extensively in the medical and surgical departments. She loves caring for people, advocating for her patients, and providing quality care. Her passion is to pursue her nursing career in wound care and pain management.
Cassandra Nesti
Registered Nurse
Cassandra Nesti is a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Washtenaw Community College. She has a Nursing background in labor, delivery, postpartum, and recovery, the ER, and pediatric inpatient behavioral health. She is continuing her education and growth in the field.
Jamie Perry
Registered Nurse
Jamie Perry is a Registered Nurse specializing in phone triage, with three years of experience providing compassionate, expert support to families through remote consultations. A graduate of the Oakland Community College School of Nursing, Jamie blends medical knowledge with empathy to ensure patients and families feel heard, supported, and cared for. She is committed to ongoing professional development and aspires to become a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) in the future.
Nichole Stevens

Nichole Stevens is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with 25 years of nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, home health care, and telephonic case management. Nichole graduated from Madonna University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Nichole enjoys providing coordination of care services and values focus on preventive care education.
Vickie Sullivan-Ragland
Registered Nurse, Staff Nurse & Diabetes Educator
Vickie Sullivan-Ragland is a Registered Nurse and Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator with over 30 years of nursing experience. A graduate of The University of Michigan School of Nursing, Vickie has worked extensively in pediatrics and telephonic patient triage as well as serving as a clinical nursing instructor in the adult and pediatric setting. Throughout her career, Vickie has been deeply involved with staff and patient education related to diabetes care. She believes that education is the key to promoting self-care management of chronic conditions such as diabetes.
Susan Tran
Registered Nurse
Susan Tran is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. Her nursing experience has been in home care specializing in catastrophic injuries. She hopes to remain in nursing and expand her knowledge to other specialties.
