J&B Medical has a team of registered nurses that are motivated to provide exceptional service at every interaction. Our goal is simple: enhance the quality of life, improve clinical outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs.

Terry Decoster, RN, Nurse Manager

Terry Decoster is the nurse manager at J&B Medical and a Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a Henry Ford School of Nursing graduate and has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Oakland University. Terry has vast experience in various nursing practices such as: organ transplantation, planning and development in 24-hour triage nurse call centers, long-term care management, home care, and hospice nursing.

Susan Govan, RN, BSN, Staff Nurse

Susan Govan is a Registered Nurse on staff at J&B Medical. She is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Nursing. Susan has vast experience in Cardiology, Pediatrics, Neurology, and utilization review.

Theresa Graff, RN, Staff Nurse & Diabetes Educator

Theresa Graff is a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator. She has experience in clinical settings, home care and hospice. Theresa is a supporter of the American Diabetes Association and participates in the Tour de Cure Detroit Ride every year. Her professional goal is to advocate for the latest technology and medical treatment for all people with diabetes.

Cynthia Kuehn, Staff Nurse & Diabetes Educator

Cynthia Kuehn has been a staff nurse at J&B Medical for over 6 years. She is a graduate from Henry Ford Community College of Nursing and is a Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator. Cynthia has various nursing experience including Hospital, Home Care and Care Management.

Gidget Pupa RN, Staff Nurse & Diabetes Educator

Gidget Pupa is a Registered Nurse and Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator. Her nursing experience includes medical/surgical hospital patients with a focus on stroke patients, home care and telephone assessments. Gidget’s main focus as a Diabetes Educator is to promote a healthy lifestyle for individuals living with diabetes.

Vickie Sullivan-Ragland, RN, Staff Nurse & Diabetes Educator

Vickie Sullivan-Ragland is a Registered Nurse and Level 1 Certified Diabetes Educator with over 30 years of nursing experience. A graduate of The University of Michigan School of Nursing, Vickie has worked extensively in pediatrics and telephonic patient triage as well as serving as a clinical nursing instructor in the adult and pediatric setting. Throughout her career, Vickie has been deeply involved with staff and patient education related to diabetes care. She believes that education is the key to promoting self-care management of chronic conditions such as diabetes.

Tammy Robertson, Staff Nurse

Tammy Robertson has been a nurse for 15 years. As a certified Dementia Practitioner, most of Tammy’s nursing career has been in long-term care management. Prior to long-term care, she worked at Beaumont, formerly Botsford Hospital, on the Oncology floor. In her spare time, Tammy likes to garden and spend time with her family at the lake in Traverse City. She is married with 3 adult children and 2 cats.
