  • 24/7 live answering service with on-call nurses
  • TTY access for the hearing impaired and Braille printing for the vision impaired.
  • Translation/interpretation of over 200 spoken languages.

With thousands of orders being processed and sent out daily, our hardworking warehouse team comes to work daily in the face of the pandemic masked and ready to go. They ensure our customers receive their essential supplies and are a vital part of J&B Medical’s operations.

Customer Service: Caring through Crisis

Operations at J&B cannot be mentioned without the backbone of our business – our customer service team. Adjusting to life at home while serving our customers to the fullest extent is not an easy task, but they have done it with ease. Our customer service team truly cares about each customer they talk to and wants to provide exceptional service at every turn.

Information Technology: Prompt Remote Adjustments

J&B’s first adjustment to our operations was to make sure our employees were able to work safely. With multiple locations and hundreds of employees, J&B Medical became a remote workplace for the first time. Our Information Technology team worked tirelessly to ensure that our customer service and support teams seamlessly connect with our customers who need essential medical supplies.

Human Resources: Growth & Support

Before and throughout COVID-19, J&B Medical is rapidly growing. The J&B Human Resources team continued to interview, hire, and work alongside our training team to safely provide preparedness and support to our employees, and in turn, our customers. In addition to growth, our Human Resources team has also been of great support to all our employees during this unprecedented crisis, providing continued communication, safety measures, resources, and opportunities to enjoy working from home.

J&B Medical’s telehealth arm, HNC Virtual Solutions, experienced considerable growth during COVID-19. With the demand for remote healthcare on the rise, HNC’s team of experts stepped up and provided top-tier technology services through their VideoDoc® system.
